15 August Thursday 9am-9pm: National Acadian Day! FREE Admission all day! Join the celebration! After the raising of the Acadian flag in front of City Hall at noon, the New Brunswick Museum invites you to take part in our Acadian festivities. At 12:30 p.m., there will be Acadian traditional music with the Babineau family. At 2:00 p.m., come share a piece of Acadian colors cake with us. All day, children can enjoy face painting, make a musical instrument. Meanwhile, adults can discover our acadian “high-lights” in the galleries.
