Harbour Passage
This outdoor tour will explore the ways that the landscape along the Wolostoq has shifted ecologically and culturally over thousands of years. Covering its geological formation, life in its intertidal zone, its significance to Indigenous communities, and the eventual construction and destruction of Fort LaTour.
The “Get to Know Saint John Outdoor Tour Series” presented by the New Brunswick Museum will take place every Saturday afternoon at 2:30pm beginning on July 10!
Four unique tours, lasting 45 minutes to an hour each, will tour through various parts of Uptown Saint John. Each tour will explore different themes and eras associated with the city’s natural, architectural, and social history.
All tours will begin at the John Hooper clock outside the main doors of Market Square.
