This 60,000 square foot facility showcases the province’s magnificent collection in spacious state-of-the-art galleries. The NBM is a centre for learning, fun and entertainment; a place for business with associates and clients. We offer unique venues to host meetings, receptions, catered dinners, private functions or trade shows.

• Rental begins with set up of room and ends when take down is completed. Additional costs apply for staffing during rentals outside normal hours of operation.

• Two six-foot tables with cloth and skirt are complimentary with each rental – each extra table is $10

• Taped or live music – SOCAN License:  Room capacity  1-100 = $20.56

  101-300= $29.56

• Clients are responsible for proper license permit if they are showing a film on Museum premises.

• Cancellation Fee:    less than 2 weeks 25%
  less than 48 hours 50%
